PRODUCT CARE

  • Store your handbag in a dust bag or protective cover when not in use.

    Avoid exposing it to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or moisture.

    Safeguard light-colored leather by preventing contact with darker colors to avoid color migration.

    Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, and abrasive materials.

    Don't overload your handbag with excessive weight.

  • Use a soft, dry cloth or leather brush to remove dirt or dust.

    For minor stains, use a damp cloth with mild, leather-safe soap. Wipe with a dry cloth.

    Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

  • Apply a high-quality leather conditioner to keep the leather soft and nourished.

    Follow the product instructions for best results.

My order

  • Once finalized (i.e. payment made), the cancellation of your order is typically not possible. It is very likely that your order is already being prepared.

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, you can send us an email at support@galini.com. We will then inform you of the status of your order, and proceed to cancel it if not yet shipped.

    If the cancellation of your order is not possible, you can absolutely still return your order by contacting us at support@galini.com. We will refund the total cost of your bag, however shipping costs remain at your expense.

  • If you believe that your bag has a defect upon receipt, do not hesitate to contact us directly at: support@galini.com, including photos of the problem encountered, so that we can offer you the most suitable solution.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our website, only returns. You will therefore need to return your order (to do so, click Make a return).

    Your bag will be refunded, however, the shipping fees are at your expense.

    If you would like another color or style, we invite you to place a new order.

    However, it is possible to exchange a color or model in store. To do so, simply return your unworn bag in store. We will refund you via the original payment method. The refund will appear in your bank account within a few business days.

    You will then be able to choose and purchase the bag of your choice.

  • Once finalized (i.e. payment made), we cannot modify your order. Any change of color or model will require the cancellation of the initial order, before placing a new order.

    If your order was placed less than an hour ago, you can send us an email at support@galini.com. We will then inform you of the status of your order, and proceed with its cancellation if it has not yet been prepared for shipment.

    In this case, you can return your order by contacting us at support@galini.com. We will refund the total cost of your bag, however shipping costs remain at your expense.

PAYMENT

  • Your invoice will be sent to you once payment is completed.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email, we advise you first to check your junk/spam folders before contacting us at support@galini.com. We can then modify the email address entered when placing your order and resend your confirmation.

  • It is not necessary to have a customer account to make an order.

    You can place an order by adding the model to your cart and following the instructions on our website. You can choose to create an account or continue as a guest (the creation of an account is not automatic).

  • Payment is processed immediately after checkout. Your bank account will be debited based on the terms you have with your debit or credit card provider.

DELIVERY

  • We are currently only delivering to Hong Kong but plan to expand our delivery options to worldwide in the coming months.

  • As we are currenlty only delivering to Hong Kong you will not pay any customs fees because your order will be shipped from our workshop in Hongkong.

    Once we begin shipping internationally we will inform our customers if customs fees are likely to be applied or not.

    Generally for other countries, customs charges may be applied by the local Customs office of the country of delivery. Rates vary depending on the country of delivery.

  • In Hongkong, delivery takes a maximum of 5 business days (excluding models on pre-order, in which case the shipment date is indicated on our website as well as your order confirmation email).

    Once we open to international shipping then International delivery takes a maximum of 7 business days (excluding models in pre-order, in which case the shipment date is indicated on our website as well as your order confirmation email).

  • Once your order has been finalized, unfortunately we can’t guarantee that a change of delivery address is possible.

    However, if you contact us within an hour of placing your order, we will do our best to respond favorably to your request.
