SHIPPING
HK domestic shipping
Shipping is free for our customers in Hong Kong.
International shipping
All orders are shipped from our workshop in China.
For Hong Kong, no customs fees are applied on imports.
For other countries, customs charges may be applied by local Customs in the country of delivery. Please note that the customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery.
RETURNS
30 Days to Return
A refund is made within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned package, however we make every effort to ensure that it is made within three days following reception. Your refund will be confirmed by email.
The amount is refunded to the bank account of the card used to pay the order.
Returns and Exchanges
We are sorry but we do not offer free returns for returns outside of Hong Kong.
Within Hong Kong you will be able to return your bag (preferably in a box so that the bag is not damaged during transport) using the carrier of your choice.
You will be refunded within 15 days of us receiving your return and you will be sent confirmation by email.
